Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally with experience in project finance, PPP, infrastructure, and construction projects.
• Proven experience as legal counsel in a business environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documentation, including joint venture and shareholder agreements.
• Manage litigation cases and disputes with external advisors.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company formation.
