Job summary

A prominent legal advisory firm is seeking a Legal Counsel in Dubai to provide legal review and advice on contracts, conduct research on business-related legal issues, and strengthen relationships with legal experts. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm and a law degree (LLB or JD). Familiarity with English law or international trading is preferred. Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal review and advice on contracts mainly related but not limited to business development, goods trading, services, and employment
• Providing legal research, analysis and advice on business activities and related legal issues
• Gathering, analysing, and disseminating relevant legal information / updates in the Middle East & Africa
• Strengthening relationships with external legal experts such as law firms
• Collaborating with other corporate departments to enhance the efficiency of corporate functions

Requirement & Experience

• 1. Degree in law (min. LLB or JD)
• 2. At least 3 years experience in a law firm as a qualified lawyer (from any jurisdiction)
• 3. Preferably: familiar with English law and / or company engaged in investments and / or international goods trading
