• The candidate is preferably required to have advanced legal and economic expertise in corporate law and free zones, with a deep understanding of the investment environment and the mechanisms for attracting investors, while maintaining a balance between economic growth and compliance with the applicable legislation of the United Arab Emirates or other jurisdictions worldwide.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in providing legal advisory services related to investment matters, dealing with both local and foreign investors, selecting appropriate legal structures, and managing and resolving commercial disputes and issues in a practical and business-oriented manner that ensures business continuity.
• Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate fluency in English, the ability to provide internal legal counsel and support employees in resolving legal and administrative matters, as well as solid experience in contracts, corporate governance, and legal digital transformation aimed at enhancing service efficiency and strengthening investor confidence.
