Job summary

OceanWave Maritime seeks a skilled Legal Advisor to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role provides legal guidance and supports the business in navigating regulatory requirements and risk management.

You will draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, and represent the company in legal proceedings while staying updated on local laws. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus, and a biometric passport is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Legal Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Thorough knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus; biometric passport required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi As a Legal Advisor you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to the company ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents conducting legal research and representing the company in legal proceedings The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month
