Betterhomes is seeking proactive sales professionals to join its Dubai team. You will call landlords and sellers daily, create compelling listings, and network with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants to close deals.

Expect uncapped earnings with up to 65% commission, monthly payouts, and extensive marketing support. Relocation assistance including visa and medical insurance is provided, along with overseas trips and team rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or client-facing background.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
