McCone Properties is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Leasing Team in a full-time role.

We provide the strong foundation every agent needs — including our professional 2-week Training Academy, experienced managers, in-house tools, and full marketing support.

Requirements

• Real estate or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Driving license + car (mandatory)
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and ready to work hard
• Must be well-settled in Dubai before 5th January
• Full-time availability

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property listings
• Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain a personal property portfolio
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Important Note
