Job summary

Seera is seeking a Finance Process Analyst to implement lean processes and support business growth in Dubai. The role involves managing support inquiries, documenting systems, and creating project plans in collaboration with various teams.

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of relevant experience, a finance or business degree, and strong problem-solving abilities. A proficiency in SAP, JIRA, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in areas of automation, project or process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in SAP (or other major ERPs), JIRA and any workflow tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document systems and processes across the finance function.
• Create project plans with supporting documentation/analysis.
• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards for various Finance Teams.
