Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a Master Technician – Earthmoving Equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery such as excavators and loaders. The role covers workshop and field service, ensuring high-quality repairs aligned with OEM standards and safe, timely machine availability.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of hands-on experience with earthmoving equipment, familiarity with brands like Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi or similar, and a Diploma/ITI in Diesel

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or trade certificate in Diesel Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
• 5–8 years hands-on experience in earthmoving or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Experience on excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, bucket loaders, crawler machines and hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on earthmoving equipment per OEM standards.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Support workshop and field service to ensure rapid machine availability and customer satisfaction.
