Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an accomplished Frontend Lead to design, build and maintain secure, scalable mobile and web banking experiences. You will drive frontend architecture, mentor teams, and collaborate across product, UX/UI, security and backend groups to deliver high-availability digital channels.

The role emphasizes strong React Native expertise, API integration, and adherence to secure SDLC practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in front-end engineering with at least 3 years in React Native and leadership experience.
• Banking or fintech experience with high availability, security and regulatory needs.
• Strong API-driven architecture knowledge, microservices and secure integration patterns.
• Experience in large-scale Agile, DevOps and cross-functional delivery environments.
• Secure mobile development knowledge including OWASP Mobile Top 10 and secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of secure scalable mobile banking apps using React Native.
• Lead frontend development for customer journeys using React.js and modern frontend tech.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, reusable components and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, code reviews and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, architects, security and backend teams for seamless experiences.
• Oversee API/microservice integration, OAuth/OIDC authentication and enterprise middleware.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, regulatory requirements and accessible coding.
• Drive performance, scalability, responsiveness and UX across mobile and web channels.
• Lead debugging, root-cause analysis, testing and production issue resolution.
• Support CI/CD, DevSecOps and continuous improvement of build, test and deployment.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, design discussions and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage technical risks, delivery timelines and dependencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and maintenance of secure scalable and high-performance mobile banking applications using React Native
• Lead frontend development for customer-facing digital banking journeys using React js and modern frontend technologies
• Define frontend architecture coding standards reusable components and development best practices
• Provide technical leadership mentor developers conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with Product Owners UX UI designers architects security teams and backend developers to deliver seamless digital banking experiences
• Oversee integration with APIs microservices OAuth OIDC authentication and enterprise middleware platforms

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas

• 7+ years of experience in front-end engineering, including at least 3 years in React Native development and proven experience leading technical delivery.
• Banking, financial services, digital channels, internet banking, mobile banking, or fintech experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing applications with high availability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of API-driven architecture, microservices, secure authentication, and enterprise-grade integration patterns.
• Experience working in large-scale Agile, DevOps, and cross-functional delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of mobile security, certificate pinning, OWASP Mobile Top 10, and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience leading frontend development teams, defining technical standards, and driving architecture and design decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in React Native, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT authentication.
• Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle management for iOS and Android platforms.
• Expertise in state management, reusable component libraries, performance tuning, and mobile application optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong skills in code reviews, debugging, automated testing, secure coding, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to mentor developers, manage technical priorities, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering mobile and web applications for retail or corporate banking.
• Knowledge of mobile application security testing, penetration testing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation and omnichannel banking platforms.
