Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud specialist to design and govern high-volume integrations using OIC and develop PaaS extensions with VBCS. You will own BI Publisher and OTBI reporting, writing complex SQL against Fusion back-end tables, and optimize large-scale data ingestion.

The role emphasizes security management, environment refreshes, and strict code governance for production use. Strong DevOps mindset and experience with external ERP integrations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud PaaS/SaaS experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement or Finance Modules.
• Expert knowledge of data structures, API and processes in Finance and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Integration architecture: Design, govern, and maintain high-volume integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Custom Development: Review and develop PaaS extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to handle custom business logic.
• Advanced Reporting: Own the technical delivery and performance optimization of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports; write complex SQL against Fusion backend tables.
• High-Volume Data Processing: Optimize processes for large-scale data ingestion (e.g., daily GL interface files).
• Security & Admin: Manage the Security Console, Roles/Privileges, Environment Refreshes (P2T) and certificate renewals.
• Code Governance: Enforce strict coding standards and error-handling for production integrations and extensions.

Key Responsibilities (Shared Role)

• Integration Architecture: Design, govern, and maintain high-volume integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This includes validating complex interfaces with Core Banking, Payment Gateways, and third-party legacy systems.
• Custom Development: Review and develop PaaS extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to handle custom business logic (e.g., custom forms, complex billing rules) that sits outside standard SaaS functionality.
• Advanced Reporting: Own the technical delivery and performance optimization of a large library of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports. You must be able to write complex SQL queries against Fusion backend tables.
• High-Volume Data Processing: Optimize processes for large-scale data ingestion (e.g., daily GL interface files), ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Security & Admin: Manage the Security Console, ensuring custom Roles and Privileges adhere to strict security policies. Manage Environment Refreshes (P2T) and certificate renewals.
• Code Governance: Enforce strict coding standards and error-handling frameworks for all integrations and extensions entering the production environment.
