Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Lead Review Architect to oversee architectural design quality, regulatory compliance, and consistency across Studio 360 projects. You will work with Concept Architects, Interior Designers, Structural/MEP engineers, and project leaders to deliver sustainable, cost-effective communities on schedule while preserving design integrity.

The role focuses on facade engineering and steelwork reviews, QAQC of production documents, and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Technical Review.
• Be the main resource for Architectural design details.
• Provide QAQC oversight of production documentation.
• Resolve design coordination issues between disciplines.
• Keep up with latest design requirements and environmental standards.
• Maintain consistency in design quality across Studio 360 projects.
• Review architectural designs, drawings and specifications for feasibility and compliance.
• Update design guidelines and studio books.
• Review project design progress with Design Managers and HOD.
• Lead reviews before forwarding to other departments.
• Attend meetings with external consultants, contractors and authorities.
