Job summary

UL Research Institutes' Digital Safety Research Institute (DSRI) seeks a senior researcher to lead independent test and evaluation programs in NLP and LLMs, shaping AI safety research directions and funding proposals.

Candidates should hold a PhD with 6+ years or a Master’s with 8+ years, or a Bachelor’s with 12+ years in CS focused on NLP/LLMs, with expert AI/software engineering and data analysis skills and a proven record as a principal investigator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS with NLP/LLMs and 12+ years research experience.
• Expert knowledge of AI/software engineering disciplines.

• Experience leading research programs as PI.
