Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience including 10 years on large-scale projects and 7 years in the Middle East.
• Proven background in consultancy roles leading cost management services across multiple fast-paced workstreams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a site-based team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Take ownership of all cost control measurement and valuation activities.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact with clients.
