Job summary

Une entreprise spécialisée dans les services industriels recherche un Lead Proposals pour son bureau à Abu Dhabi. Le candidat idéal doit être un ingénieur mécanicien expérimenté avec au moins 12 ans d'expérience dans les propositions pour des projets de turnaround et retrofit dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier. Le rôle inclut la gestion des propositions et des obligations contractuelles, ainsi que la communication avec les clients et les parties prenantes.

Qualifications

• Diplôme obligatoire en ingénierie mécanique.
• Minimum 12 ans d'expérience dans les propositions et les offres.
• Expertise en shutdowns, EPC et projets Retrofit.

Responsibilities

• Revoir les documents ITB et contractuels pour identifier les obligations.
• Évaluer les propositions pour vérifier leur exactitude.
• Gérer les coûts de projet et veiller au respect du budget.

Job description

Industrial Services Division - UAE specializing in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Proposals for the head office in Abu Dhabi. This role demands an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Bids & contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects of the Oil & Gas industries in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ITB and contractual documents to identify and determine obligations and risk factors related to the bid.
• Evaluate and analyze proposals to check the accuracy of all results for a comprehensive technical and commercially viable proposal for review by Management.
• Review Technical Documents like Project Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statement etc. and commercial documents like Bid Package and Client Price Schedule.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project Cost & Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of extensive experience in proposals, bids, and estimation for Turnaround, EPC & Retrofit projects in the GCC.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in managing/executing shutdowns, turnarounds and retrofit projects.
• Strong Technical acumen in proposals and cost estimation with a track record of generating new opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
