Job summary

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Lead Planning engineer to prepare work programmes per guidelines from the Projects Team and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget.

You will coordinate with Clients, Suppliers and Contractors, prepare reports on variations, and maintain progress forecasts. Strong CPM/WBS knowledge and English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or main contracting.
• Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project; strong MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction planning methodologies.
• Strong client-facing skills with presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, and resource histograms.
• Coordinate information between Client, Suppliers and Contractors to monitor deliverables.
• Support project management and generate reports on variations with the Projects team.
• Record progress and adjust forecasts; prepare progress reports and dashboards.
• Prepare consolidated project cash flows, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and forecasts.
