Job summary

Good co India is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to lead and manage pentesting engagements across web, mobile, APIs, networks, and cloud environments. You will develop testing strategies, conduct advanced assessments, and drive risk-based remediation with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–11 years in offensive security, hands-on testing across multiple domains, and strong reporting and mentoring skills. UAE-based, on-site role with collaboration across security teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
6–11 years of pentesting/offensive security experience.
Proven experience leading penetration testing engagements.
Hands-on testing across web, API, mobile, network, cloud, and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, PTES/OSSTMM and MITRE ATT&CK.
Vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and post-exploitation skills.
Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and remediation guidance.
Experience mentoring security testers and leading technical engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead penetration testing engagements across web apps, mobile apps, APIs, networks, cloud, and infra.
Develop strategies, scope documents, and test plans based on requirements.
Perform advanced security assessments, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, and risk evaluation.
Lead offensive security activities including red team exercises and adversary simulations.
Conduct testing using standard methodologies (OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM).
Identify and document vulnerabilities including OWASP Top 10, auth issues, and access controls.
Prepare reports with findings, risk ratings, POCs, and remediation guidance.
Mentor junior testers and validate technical findings.
