Abu Dhabi Health Services .Co ( Psc ) seeks a Consultant Physician to lead and supervise high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care within the division. The role includes clinical leadership, training junior staff and ensuring compliant services.

You will participate in performance management, scheduling support, and multi‑disciplinary collaboration to deliver holistic patient care while maintaining standards and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Tier 1: at least 2 years' relevant experience as a consultant.
• Tier 2: up to 8 years full-time consultant experience.
• Familiarity with CME and clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical care for patients in the division and mentors junior medical staff.
• Oversees adherence to hospital policies, admissions, and discharge protocols.
• Provides on-call coverage as required and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams.
