Job summary

CNTXT AI in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and scale production-grade ML systems. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycles, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, platform, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable, and responsible AI capabilities across the organization.

Applicants should have 7+ years of ML experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/ML/DS
• 7+ years of professional ML/AI experience
• Proficient in Python and data processing libraries
• Production ML deployment experience
• Strong software engineering and system design basics
• Experience working with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of machine learning models and ML-driven systems
• Own end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Translate business and product requirements into practical ML solutions
• Architect and maintain scalable, production-ready ML systems
• Establish ML engineering best practices, standards, and review processes
• Mentor and technically guide ML engineers and data scientists
• Collaborate with backend, platform, and DevOps teams on system integration and deployment
• Ensure model performance, reliability, security, and responsible AI practices
• Continuously evaluate and improve models using metrics, monitoring, and feedback loops
