Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender/bar supervisor to manage end-to-end bar operations in our premium lounges. You will drive menu creation, ensure consistent beverage preparation, and lead staff training to uphold our high service standards.

The role requires a minimum of four years in bar or hospitality settings, strong English communication, and a deep beverage knowledge base. A diploma and WSET certifications are preferred to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in bar or hospitality roles.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation, presentation, and improvement of the bar menu with F&B standards.
• Plan and deliver training for service staff on beverage preparation and standards.
• Supervise bar operations end-to-end for smooth service.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to recipes for quality and consistency.
• Provide guidance and feedback to bar staff to maintain service standards.
• Deliver courteous, professional service and leverage beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor inventory and costs, ensuring availability and reducing waste.
• Address guest complaints promptly and work with the team to resolve issues.
