Job summary

Nameless Ventures in Dubai is seeking an Incident & Reliability Lead with a strong SRE/DevOps background to steer major production incidents and improve the reliability of a large-scale platform. This role requires hands-on technical leadership across SaaS/fintech domains, with 6+ years in SRE/DevOps, solid communication with senior stakeholders, and a track record of incident response.

The position offers a salary of 40k–45k AED monthly DOE plus benefits, full visa sponsorship, private medical

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform capacities with demonstrable experience in Incident Response.
• Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Payments, B2B Platforms, Marketplaces or other heavy regulated digital businesses.
• Senior technical generalist who can navigate complex production environments and communicate with senior stakeholders.

The opportunity

Nameless Ventures are partnered up with a global iGaming powerhouse who are looking for an Incident & Reliability Lead with a strong SRE/DevOps background to lead major production incidents and improve the reliability of a large-scale technology platform.

This is not a traditional ITIL role - they’re looking for someone technically hands-on who can investigate complex production issues and take control when things go wrong.

What will make you a fit

• You will have experience in the likes of SaaS, Fintech, Payments, B2B Platforms, Marketplaces or other heavy regulated digital businesses.
• 6+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform capacities with demonstrable experience in Incident Response.
• The ideal candidate is a senior technical generalist who understands modern production environments, can confidently navigate complex technical issues, knows when to get hands-on, and can bring engineering teams together while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
