Job summary

CPX Piceance in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Incident Responder for its Incident Response & Forensics Team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires hands-on digital forensics, threat hunting and blue team leadership across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. Strong English communication and client-facing skills are essential.

You will lead investigations, produce reports, mentor juniors, and contribute to lab operations. A GIAC cert and a CS/engineering background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• GIAC certified in at least one discipline (two preferred)
• Experience in digital forensics is a MUST
• Experience in malware analysis is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering desirable but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical & coordination lead on active incident response engagements
• Coordinate with clients and staff; communicate investigation progress
• Execute threat hunting activities in support of incident response and SOC
• Perform host and network forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Execute digital forensic investigations supporting incident response engagements
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous service improvements
• Lead the production of detailed reports and technical briefs for customers
• Lead team research activities for service improvement tasks
• Maintain the DFIR Forensics Lab
• Be SME on at least two verticals: host, network, mobile, malware, OT/ICS, cloud, threat hunting
