Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced IAM and IGA professional to lead customer engagements across the solution lifecycle, including presales, solution consulting, implementation oversight, and post-sales support. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Identity Governance and Access Management.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, the ability to run technical workshops, develop architectures, support proposals and RFP responses, and guide implementation teams through

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Cybersecurity, IAM or Identity Governance
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IAM/IGA implementation experience
• Experience in presales, implementation and post-sales consulting
• Experience leading enterprise IAM/IGA transformation projects
• Experience onboarding applications and developing connectors
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements across the solution lifecycle (presales, consulting, implementation oversight, post-sales support)
• Serve as SME for Identity Governance and Access Management
• Lead technical workshops and develop solution architectures
• Support proposals and RFP responses
• Guide implementation teams through complex identity projects
• Build internal expertise around IGA deployments and identity integration best practices
