Job summary

Lever, Inc. in United Arab Emirates seeks a Team Lead, Human Data Operations for Vision, Image & Video. This hands-on leadership role builds high-quality human data for AI systems, leading AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data across image and video domains.

You own quality, deliverables, guidelines, and KPIs, scale workflows, and collaborate with data, engineering, and operations teams to translate model requirements into labeling strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in data operations or related field.
• Experience with data quality metrics and annotation workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects; review work for accuracy and guideline adherence.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback and development.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy processes, and QA workflows.
