Job summary

We Staffed HR seeks a licensed pathologist to lead diagnostic services in Dubai. You will analyze tissue specimens and clinical tests to deliver precise diagnoses, guiding patient management and treatment decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare professionals and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates hold a Medical degree with specialization in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, board certification, and a Gulf region license, along with a track record

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Board certification in Anatomic Pathology.
Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
Extensive experience in both anatomic and clinical pathology diagnostics.
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed examination of tissue samples and interpret clinical laboratory results to diagnose diseases accurately.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to integrate pathology findings into patient care plans.
Ensure adherence to laboratory quality control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare comprehensive pathology reports and maintain meticulous documentation of diagnostic activities.
Stay abreast of advancements in anatomic and clinical pathology to apply best practices and innovative techniques.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and medical personnel as needed.
