Job summary

A leading international industrial group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Field Mechanical Technician for rotating equipment. Candidates should have over 12 years of hands-on experience with steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps, particularly on ADNOC sites. This critical role involves field execution, technical troubleshooting, and leadership of junior technicians. Strong computer skills in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office are essential for documentation and project tracking. A diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a willingness to travel across the UAE are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on field experience with steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC sites and familiarity with their HSE/PTW systems is mandatory.
• Proof of experience performing runout checks and condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, alignment, and start-up of rotating equipment.
• Conduct preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance including overhauls.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians and subcontractors.
