Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Lead ETL Engineer & Data Modeller to lead data integration, ETL/ELT, and data modelling initiatives for a banking client. The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, audit/reconciliation frameworks, and data structures supporting transaction processing, monitoring, and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will work closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and business stakeholders to design robust data solutions, optimize Snowflake

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ETL development, data engineering, and data modelling, banking/financial services preferred.
• Strong Snowflake and Informatica expertise.
• Proven experience in ETL/ELT architecture, data integration patterns, and enterprise data modelling.
• Experience with data lineage, metadata, data governance, and security in banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale banking data integration.
• Design data structures and tables for audit logs, error queues, and status history.
• Develop data quality, reconciliation, and auditability frameworks.
• Create scalable data models to support operational and analytical needs.
• Optimize ETL workflows and Snowflake workloads for performance and cost.
• Define standards for ETL development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor ETL developers and coordinate with stakeholders.
