The role requires hands-on technical work, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to respond to guest repair requests while supporting supervisors in scheduling, training, and coordinating maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and cost

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and identify and operate shut‑offs.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain life safety systems and generator run tests.
• Respond to guest repair requests and support management in staffing and training.
