Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Engineer, Construction – Civil Buildings, with 18+ years in oil and gas. The role focuses on EPC project delivery, gas processing, pipelines and onshore/offshore execution across ADNOC programmes.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure safe, compliant delivery, and align with ESG principles while driving value for our stakeholders.

• Experience required: Minimum Overall 18+ years of oil & gas experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience working on Gas Pipeline projects.
• NGL Pipeline networks.
• Experience working on multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience working on associated and non-associated sour-gas treatment projects.
• Experience in Pipeline, Common Utilities and Infrastructure development in Gas Processing plants.
• Experience in ADNOC Projects involving Gas Processing plants, pipelines etc.…
• Must have at least 5+ Years experience working in Onshore and offshore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is a must.
