Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Lead QA/QC Engineer (E&I) to oversee all QA/QC activities across major projects in the UAE. The role ensures compliance with project specs, client requirements, and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead QA/QC teams, manage inspections, review test reports, and coordinate corrective actions. A strong background in E&I quality management, auditing, and risk mitigation is essential for this senior position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a must.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Quality Management within Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, Energy, or Power sectors.
Proven experience leading QA/QC teams on large-scale industrial projects.
Strong background in Electrical & Instrumentation quality management and inspection activities.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific QA/QC procedures.
Ensure alignment with corporate quality standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor QA/QC activities across all project phases to ensure full compliance.
Lead and oversee all E&I inspection and testing activities.
Review and approve inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
Identify, document, and manage non-conformances (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation; prepare quality performance reports.
Coordinate supplier and subcontractor quality management and audits.
