Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in SharePoint development support and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across SharePoint On‑Premises (SE 2022) and SharePoint Online along with strong skills in Power Platform and workflow automation tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: BE/ in Computer Science (or related field).
• Experience: Overall 10 years experience and experience in SharePoint development support and administration. Expertise in SharePoint 2016/2019/SE (2022) & SharePoint Online.
• Strong development experience with C# Visual Studio SPFx HTML5/CSS3 JavaScript JQuery.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with REST APIs WCF JSON XML.
• Experience in building reports/dashboards using SSRS Power BI.
• Strong troubleshooting migration and administration experience.
• Optional/Good to Have: CRM ERP or middleware integration exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design development deployment and migration of SharePoint solutions (On‑Prem & Online).
• Differentiate between custom development and leveraging out‑of‑the‑box SharePoint features to meet business needs effectively.
• Develop, customize and maintain SharePoint features, workflows and applications (Nintex SharePoint Designer Power Automate Power Apps).
• Implement and support SharePoint integration applications, REST APIs and SQL databases.
• Conduct design & development reviews, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user‑focused solutions and deliver engaging digital experiences.
• (Nice to have) Experience with MS Project Server implementation.
