We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense & Security projects globally. We pride ourselves on delivering reliability and trust that clients expect from a major EPC contractor.

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in the UAE and is building a team of experienced Lead Engineers based in our UAE office to lead the multidiscipline engineering of the project.

The project includes detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon systems, and all works required for project completion. The main objective is to increase production capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at existing Central Degassing Stations, along with a new gas lift compressor train.

Role Summary:

The Lead Engineer Instrumentation & Control will work with a team of highly knowledgeable professionals throughout the engineering of the project up to startup and operation. They will:

  1. Report to the Division Engineering Manager.
  2. Coordinate overall engineering execution with other discipline leads.
  3. Be responsible for engineering efforts within their discipline and ensure timely completion of work.
  4. Manage and guide their teams and oversee external designers and consultants.
  5. Interact with counterparts on the client side (ADNOC).
  6. Review engineering works in their field of expertise.

Requirements:

  • BE or equivalent in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects, including detailed engineering.
  • Strong technical background and analytical skills in engineering design from feasibility to startup.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Knowledge of international codes, standards, and design guidelines.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and laws.
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral).
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and commitment to safety and quality standards.
