Job summary

Unison Group in Dubai is building a fast-growing Databricks practice. We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect - Data Engineering to be the technical anchor of the practice, guiding solution design on client engagements, owning enterprise architectures in presales, and driving large migrations to the cloud.

You will mentor engineers, create accelerators, and convert delivery success into reusable assets and go-to-market offerings while hands-on tuning and setting engineering standards for the

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering/architecture.
• 3+ years on Databricks at enterprise scale.
• Deep Spark expertise: architecture, tuning, streaming.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and design decisions on Databricks engagements.
• Lead delivery of production-grade data platforms: ingestion, transformation, orchestration, governance, BI/ML enablement.
• Lead large-scale migrations and cloud transformation projects to Databricks on Azure/AWS/GCP.
