Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Data 360. You will configure, build, test, and deploy data workflows directly inside enterprise environments, grounding Agentforce solutions in real-time data and enabling secure, scalable AI integration.

You should have 8+ years of software/data engineering, a CS degree, and hands-on experience with SQL, Apex, Python, and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/data engineering experience with a production data solution.
• Hands-on with SQL, Apex, Python, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines and integrations across ingestion, harmonization, and identity.
• Configure and deploy Data 360 in customer environments with secure controls.
• Design and implement RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases for AI agents.
• Validate data quality and maintain production readiness with tests and reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, customer teams, and partners to deliver solutions.
