Job summary

EnerMech Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Cranes to lead a major crane operations and maintenance contract in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure safe, reliable, and commercially effective delivery, guiding operations and maintenance teams and sustaining a strong client relationship.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all crane activities, managing budgets and P&L, and driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability and performance within a safety‑critical UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crane operations and maintenance in oil & gas or safety-critical environments.
• Strong HSE leadership and client-management capabilities.
• Degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crane operations and maintenance activities across the contract.
• Manage operations and maintenance teams with emphasis on HSE and performance.
• Ensure cranes and lifting equipment are operated, inspected and maintained to required standards.
• Manage contract KPIs, equipment availability and service delivery.
