Job summary

A leading real estate and development firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead corporate and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in corporate law, and strong drafting and negotiation skills. This role involves advising senior leadership on legal and commercial matters within a fast-paced environment. Salary is AED 47K–50K per month, slightly negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills in English.
