The role ensures compliance with project requirements, policies, and international best practices, coordinating between client, contractors, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and administration in large projects.
• Familiarity with industry contracting standards and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all contracting and procurement activities within the PMC for offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects.
• Ensure contractual strategies, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, and post-award management comply with project requirements and policies.
• Act as the focal point between client, contractors, engineering teams, and legal/commercial departments to manage risk and contract performance.
