Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment as Head Concierge or in a Guest Services role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Member of Les Clefs d’Or preferred.

• Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests.
