Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Commissioning Engineer for an offshore well head tower/platform project. The candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 5+ years on ADNOC projects and significant experience in brownfield modifications. This role requires transitioning between office and offshore settings on a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum overall 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 5+ years of previous experience working in ADNOC Projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position for mega oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on offshore well head tower/platform project.
• Initially based in the client's or contractor's office in Abu Dhabi.
• Transition to fabrication yard and then to offshore site on a 6 weeks/3 weeks rotation.

Requirements

• Minimum overall 20+ years of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Having experience working in well head tower, subsea cable & piping within brownfield modification projects is an added advantage.
• Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in ADNOC Projects.
• Must have worked at least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/EPC project (more than US$ 1 Billion).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is a MUST.
