Job summary

Global Air Navigation Services L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to provide expert system engineering leadership for CNS/ATM projects.

You will define requirements, review designs, verify deliverables and manage interfaces across multi‑discipline teams, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget project delivery. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in ANSP/ATM engineering, hands‑on CNS/ATM experience and strong communication to present technical concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years in ANSP/ATM engineering.
• Experience leading detailed design reviews and interface management.
• Hands‑on CNS/ATM systems, with design to delivery experience.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME for feasibility studies, design docs and technical specs for CNS/ATM projects.
• Lead Technical Evaluation of proposals from suppliers for CNS/ATM projects.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations to stakeholders.
• Review submittals (SDDs, drawings, ICDs, ITPs) and provide feedback.
• Manage technical deliverables per contract with project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate trainings, handovers and ensure compliance with project plans.
