Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English; able to work long hours under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Organize kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering of supplies, and setting up workstations
• Ensure the highest quality of food is served
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper working order
• Carry out inventory management duties
• Develop new recipes and menus
• Train staff on food preparation techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
