Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years work experience in the field of Advanced Process Control
• Bachelors degree in chemical engineering. Masters degree is preferable.
• Ability to identify the potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control for various process Units and specify the hardware/software architecture to carry out APC implementation.
• Carry out APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition Functional Design Specifications Plant Testing Detailed Engineering Modeling of Controller and Estimator Site Integration SAT Commissioning Post Audit and PGTR.
• Hands on experience for commissioning APC Controllers in Refining Petrochemical and Polymer process units.
• Multiple project coordination and provision of technical and managerial support for the successful completion of large APC & MVC projects for various process units as well as the ability to lead a team of APC consultants.
• Provide advisory and maintenance support including carrying out modifications to the Control strategies to ensure higher APC up time and carry out the required APC training to plant operators & engineers.
• APC implementation experience in Yokogawa APC software PACE would be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
