TalentBridge Dubai is seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to lead the management of 20 large properties in Dubai, ensuring sustainable and profitable farming practices. You will develop and implement comprehensive land management plans and oversee a team of field staff to execute these strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Agricultural Engineering with 5+ years in large-scale farming, strong knowledge of soil science and irrigation, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a large-scale farming operation.
• Proven track record of sustainable agricultural practices.
• Knowledge of soil science, irrigation, crop production, and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agricultural software.
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
