About the Graduate Program

RAKBANK, in collaboration with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), is proud to introduce a dynamic Graduate Program designed to nurture the next generation of banking professionals. Over the course of 8–12 months, participants will receive hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, and a clear pathway to a permanent role within the Bank.

As a Graduate Lawyer, you will:

• Support the Legal & Compliance team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, policies, and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
• Fresh graduate in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in legal and regulatory matters within the financial sector
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
