Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in laundry, garment care, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading shift-based teams.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of garment handling, laundry processing, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage daily production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and elevate operational issues promptly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Laundry Attendants during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor garment sorting, tagging, and processing to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
• Oversee washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing processes in line with operational standards.
• Ensure daily production targets and shift KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Monitor workflow and promptly address operational delays, bottlenecks, or capacity issues.
• Escalate equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and operational issues to the relevant teams.
• Conduct regular quality spot checks to ensure garments meet required quality standards before dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the shift.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and process adherence.
