Qualifications

• Experience in making a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino and latte.
• Ability to froth milk and create latte art is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for quality control purposes.
• Teamwork and the ability to take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks according to customer preferences.
• Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
• Educate customers about our menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
