Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end compliance and enforcement initiatives across Amazon’s Last Mile delivery network.
• Lead the design, execution and monitoring of SOPs and escalation paths.
• Investigate and resolve escalations related to DSP misconduct.
