Role Description

The Laser Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Laser Technician will perform laser hair removal and related procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards, ensuring effective and comfortable treatment for patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient needs, preparing treatment areas, operating laser equipment, and documenting procedures accurately. The role also involves educating patients on pre- and post-treatment care, maintaining equipment and treatment rooms in hygienic condition, and collaborating with the wider clinical team to support overall patient care. Providing professional, respectful customer service and adhering to regulatory and clinic-specific guidelines are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Practical skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal, with a strong focus on safety and patient comfort.
• Hands-on experience working with Laser equipment; familiarity with Laser Cutting or other laser applications is an advantage.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and respond to patient concerns.
• Relevant certification or training in laser procedures, dermatology, aesthetics, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in a clinic, aesthetic center, or healthcare setting, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Knowledge of infection control, hygiene protocols, and basic medical terminology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the region are beneficial.
