Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Generalist - English & Urdu for a contract role focused on evaluating AI model outputs. You will conduct fact-checking, generate evaluation data, assess reasoning quality and ensure alignment with system guidelines.

The position requires native Urdu, excellent English writing, and strong analytical thinking, with remote, international collaboration and asynchronous work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs)
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Background or experience in domains requiring structured analytical thinking
