1. Design Coordination & Technical Review
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and design teams to ensure feasibility and integration.
- Suggest value engineering proposals for cost efficiency and technical improvements.
2. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise all phases of landscape and pool construction, including excavation, formwork, steel fixing, concrete works, waterproofing, and finishes.
- Oversee civil and MEP works related to hardscaping (paving, retaining walls, boundary walls), irrigation infrastructure, and pool plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
3. Project Planning & Coordination
- Plan daily/weekly work schedules and ensure timely execution of site activities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
- Track material usage, manpower deployment, and progress reporting.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Conduct inspections and quality checks in coordination with QA/QC Engineers.
- Ensure adherence to DEWA, Dubai Municipality, or other local authorities' regulations.
- Implement safety standards and conduct risk assessments in coordination with HSE teams.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical site reports, method statements, material submittals, and RFI responses.
- Maintain site records, work inspection requests (WIRs), and material inspection requests (MIRs).
- Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and billing verification.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil engineering software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, or Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction norms (BS/ASTM/ACI).
- Familiarity with landscaping materials, irrigation systems, and waterproofing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
