Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proficient Draughtsman to create and analyze detailed CAD and conceptual Adobe drawings aligned with project requirements. You will prepare preliminary, tender, construction, and revision drawings while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will also perform site measurements, attend client meetings, develop 3D renderings with 3DS Max, and prepare BOQ for procurement, all while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Draughtsman with formal education in drafting or equivalent certification.
• Experience in producing CAD and Adobe drawings aligned to project needs.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver accurate drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and design detailed CAD and conceptual Adobe drawings per project requirements.
• Prepare preliminary, tender, construction, and revision drawings.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Report to OM and PMs on design progress.
• Provide detailing to ease construction and execution.
• Ensure final drawings reflect approved changes.
• Maintain accessible final drawings for Operations.
• Operate AutoCAD and Photoshop for assigned tasks.
• Visit sites for precise measurements when required.
• Attend client technical meetings as needed.
• Prepare BOQ for procurement.
• Assist with tendering activities in pre-bid design.
• Create 3D renderings with 3DS Max when required.
• Maintain document confidentiality and workplace safety.

Job description

• Create, analyze, and design detailed CAD drawings and conceptual Adobe drawings, in line with design information and project requirements.
• Prepare preliminary drawings, presentation drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings and revision drawings.
• Ensure drawings are delivered with consistent accuracy and within the deadlines set by management or client.
• Reports to OM and PMs regarding the development and progress of the design drawings.
• Provide necessary detailing to simplify execution of drawings.
• Ensure that final drawings reflect all approved changes or modification.
• Make sure that the final approved drawings are identified and easily accessible for further reference by Operations.
• Operates AUTOCAD and Photoshop to deliver assigned duties.
• When required, visits the site, and perform detailed measuring.
• Attend technical meetings with client when required.
• Prepare BOQ for procurement.
• Assist with the tendering process in pre-bid design activities.
• Create 3D rendering designs when required using 3DS Max.
• Sustain the confidentially of the documents.
• Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
• Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.

Education & Qualification:

Draftsmanship from a recognized Institute or equivalent or possessing two years National Trade Certificate for Draughtsman from a recognized Institute
